LEARNING SUPPORT ASSISTANT (LEVEL 2)
(Maternity Cover)
Grade 5, Scale Point 6 – 7 (£13.05-13.26 per hour)
32.5 hrs (Monday – Friday) 8.30am – 3.30pm
Term Time Only – From January 2025
We are looking to appoint an energetic and enthusiastic individual to join our highly successful Learning Support team to start in January 2025 for a maternity cover. The Corbet School has an excellent reputation and proven track record, in helping pupils achieve their best possible outcomes in our inclusive environment.
You will work under the guidance of teaching staff to support individuals and small groups to maximise their learning during school lessons and some pre and post school activities.
Previous experience of working in a School or in a SEND environment would be an advantage but is not essential. The current team are very supportive of pupils and colleagues, and deliver high quality support, to which new team members should aspire.
This is an excellent opportunity to help young people, and work in a supportive and progressive school.

Teacher of Drama

The Corbet School is a “very good” rural 11-16 comprehensive with outstanding behaviour and consistently high results. We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, qualified teacher from January 2025.
The successful candidate must be able to teach Drama and English and would also be required to become a Form Tutor, as well as being actively involved in the teaching of Personal, Social, Health and Economic Education.

Lunchtime Supervisors
£14.13 per hour, term time only
5 hours per week 1.20pm – 2.20pm
We are looking for three Lunchtime Supervisors to supervise and monitor pupils at lunchtime. You will be required to establish safe and appropriate behaviour by using effective intervention or referring to duty staff. We are looking for individuals who are confident in working with children.

Cleaning Assistant
Grade 1 – Scale Point 2
£12.26 per hour
15 hours per week 3.30pm – 6.30pm
(Temporary/Fixed Term could possibly become permanent)
We are looking to appoint a Cleaning Assistant to work from 3.30pm to 6.30pm during term time plus 17 days during the school holidays. Start and finish times can be adjusted by mutual agreement.
