Pastoral Officer
Required for September 2026
Grade 7 – Scale Point Range 12 – 17 (£28,598 – £31,022 pro-rata)
Term Time + 5 PD Days
37 hours per week (8.30am – 4.30pm)
We are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable individual to join our pastoral team.
The main responsibilities will be to support the running of the Reflection Room where pupils are given a period of time during the school day in detention; to help manage the behaviour on call support system; and to support the pastoral needs of pupils to ensure that the school’s expectations for behaviour, safety, well-being, and attendance are met.
The successful candidate will be self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as within a small team. They will need good IT skills and be able to communicate effectively with pupils, parents, colleagues, and other professionals.
