Dear Neighbour,

We would like to inform you that the school is due to have minor building works completed over the coming months and unfortunately the contractors will need to work at night between the hours of 4pm and 5am.  Currently the works should commence around the end of November for around 15 weeks, but they will not be on site over the Christmas period.

The contractors will be working in one building at a time and noise will be kept to a minimum. Lights will need to be on at the school, but we will ensure that all blinds are closed to reduce any glare.

We apologise for any disruption this may cause, but please be assured minor works are taking place internally and there will not be any large noisy machinery on site.

Autumn Half-Term Holiday – Monday 28th October – Friday 1st November 2024. PD DAY – Monday 4th November 2024 (school closed to pupils).

Pupils return to school on Wednesday, 4th September 2024.

On Friday 19th July 2024 the school day will finish at 1.30pm for the summer holidays. School transport will be arriving at that time to collect pupils.

We would kindly ask parents / guardians to make necessary arrangements for pupils to be collected at 1.30pm. Please note there will be no lunchtime canteen service on this day, although pupils entitled to free school meals will be able to use their entitlement during morning break.

Monday 2nd September and Tuesday 3rd September are PD Days therefore pupils return to school next term on Wednesday 4th September 2024.

We have a few more weeks to go but may I take this opportunity to wish all parents and pupils an enjoyable summer holiday.
