The Year 9 Corbet Ski trip departs Saturday 21st January at 2.15pm and returns on Sunday 29th January at approximately 12.30pm.

In 2017 The Corbet School will be celebrating it’s 60th year with a Diamond Anniversary Festival, which will be held on Saturday 20th May.

Could we please remind all pupils and parents that pupils must only travel on the bus for which they have an allocated place and bus pass for.

Pupils must not travel on any bus, other than their allocated one, for reasons of health and safety and insurance.

Bus passes will be being checked on all buses.

On Friday 16th December 2016 the school day will finish at 1.30pm for the Christmas holidays. The Library will close at 1.20pm. Pupils who travel on school transport will be collected at 1.30pm. We would kindly ask other parents and pupils to make necessary arrangements to be collected at 1.30pm. There will be no transport provision at the normal finish time of 3.20pm.
Please note that there will be no lunchtime canteen service on this day, although there will be the usual morning break service. Pupils entitled to free school meals will be able to use their provision at morning break.
Pupils return to school next term on Wednesday 4th January 2017; Tuesday 3rd January is a PD day.

Thank you to everyone who came to the CFA Christmas Bingo and to everyone who helped on the night.

We raised a fantastic £758 and more importantly the children (and adults) had a great time.

Thank you to the Spar in Baschurch who donated many items and to everyone who donated raffle prizes.

I would also like to say a special thank you to our brilliant bingo caller Adam Davies who once again did a great job.

We couldn’t do it without you all so thank you.
